Real estate company is looking to hire a maintenance and construction worker for a full time position. The majority of the position will be doing maintenance work for a boutique hotel in Brooklyn. We do renovations improvements to rooms and hallways, and repair any damages. Experience with general construction and light plumbing and electrical repairs is needed. Position will be required to work in different properties at owners request. Responsibilities include fixing repairs and maintenance in other properties, and working construction in development projects. The position coordinates with housekeeping and the front desk to continue to improve the properties. Must have papers to legally work in the US. Driver's license is preferred but not required. Construction experience is required.
