Learning to cope with emotions in a healthy way
Join us to hear an inspirational story from Joe Young.
Joe didn't learn how to deal with emotion as a child/teen and masked his emotions with various different things including sports, drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy relationships. In this conversation, Joe will share that it is ok to be vulnerable and lean on those placed around you.
Joe told us that "Looking back on my life and having to dissect my life in adulthood was not easy. I had to take a look at many different traumas from my past and face them head on. Drugs and alcohol was just a symptom of deeper issues."
