My boyfriend and I are both full time students. The people we are renting from are selling the building, and we need to find a place by June 25. We have great credit scores and can easily afford 2000 - 2500 a month for rent, but due to the income requirements being 40x, we do not qualify for anything. He's a marine veteran pursuing a master's degree, and I have a steady 32 hour a week job while balancing full time schooling. We need a 1 bedroom that accepts animals, we have cats. If anyone can point us in the right direction, or know someone who could potentially be a guarantor, please reach out. We will provide references and credit reports for anyone willing to be a guarantor. We have been searching for two weeks with absolutely no luck and no where to go. I'm not even sure what we would do about school if we can't manage to find a place.
