An official. nationally recognized STOP THE BLEED certificate of training will be issued upon successful completion. This training is open to all public and private school teaching staff and other school personnel. This is a nationally recognized training program, developed by the American College of Surgeons, Committee on Trauma and provided by BleedingControl.org  This class teaches the techniques for the control of traumatic blood loss due to work place or home accident, traffic accident, shooting or any other incident that results in injury with blood loss. There is no cost for this training class. This training is provided free of charge as a community service by In-Gauge of Polk County. Simply select one of the two class/clinic times offered for Saturday, June 18th to register. Then all you need to do is show up at your selected time. Location: 3812 Cypress Gardens Road (directly across from Lake Ned) Winter Haven, Florida Class times: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM1:00 PM - 3:00 PMPlease plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for registration and a prompt start of the class. Attendance is limited.Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins will be permitted.
