Hardscape contractor. Still seeking 2 laborers in the landscape field. Looking for laborers experienced in hardscapes and landscaping or people who want to learn the trade. This a 40+ hour a week position, work outdoors in the fresh air. Get in shape and get paid for it. Not looking for self employed with no work. Not looking for people experienced in looking at your phone all day or listening to music from your phone all day. Not looking for people who show up for work 2 minutes to start time and take 10 minutes to get out of your car. Not looking for people who text daily I am running late. Milwaukee has the same traffic daily. What I am looking for is people who can live without there cell phone. Someone who knows the difference between tennis shoes and work boots. People who can lift 50lbs. People with interest in what they are doing and want to learn a trade. Work is hard if you don't like what you are doing. We do mainly hardscapes, brick paver patios, walkways, Outdoor fire places, retaining walls. We do no lawn mowing. Duties include and experience with: Move material and the ability to lift 50lbs Shoveling no the difference between a spade shovel and a scoop shovel and when to use each one Wheel barrows Carry block, brick and know the difference in size Have a valid driver's license and transportation. Know what a level is and how to use it. The capability of staying off your phone, Facebook. Must have work boots Show up on time and ready. Not being someone who shows up 1 minute to and take 15 min to get ready. I am looking for awesomeness. Work hours are 8am to 4:30pm over time is after 40 hours in the week. Pay is weekly with one week held back. Pay is based on your experience and ability to learn and the motivation to do it. No experience starts at $18hr if you have work boots. $25 if you can show up on a job and know what to do saws, shikloaders, levels. D.O.Y, Ambition and the ability to live without your phone during working hours. This is a full time 40+ per hour week job. Less rain days. Yet if you show you are here to work. Rain days can be shop days. After your prove yourself. Main reason why I am going through help is. Being late daily, looking at your phone every 10 minutes. Me as owner get just as dirty as you, If I am dirtier then you at the end of the day, means I am doing your work. I may consider part time help 4 hrs per day. This will require you to drive to job sites. High school students, college students male or female. If you like the outdoors this is a job for you.
