We are need of reliable, professional and friendly event staff to assist with event set up, registration and badge scanning for a medical conference held at the Hynes Convention Center on Saturday, May 14, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturday, May 14, 2022 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Hynes Convention Center 900 Boylston St Boston, MA 02115 Rate: $100 Attire: Professional dress is required. All black business professional (no jeans, sneakers, or athletic wear of any kind) COVID Conference Requirements AATS is requesting that all attendees and staff show proof of vaccination. To see a complete list of COVID-19 Protocols, visit The requested duties from the supplier would be to: • Assist with setting up meeting registration tables • Help unpack program materials and set room • Meet and greet attendees • Answer general questions from the attendees about the event • Help directing people to the appropriate room • Collect meeting materials as attendees exit the room • Take down event signage in the meeting space • Help pack up tackle box • Tape up boxes for return shipments For consideration, please submit a resume in.PDF format (not Word) along with two professional references.
