Join us for the 2nd Annual St. Brendan Golf Outing FUNraiser, Friday August 5th at the Golf Club of Dublin! While the primary purpose of the outing is to get the St. Brendan community together to have fun while building stronger/new relationships, proceeds raised from buying mulligans, putting challenge, par 3 game, etc. will be used to help with a need at the school or parish. And, the fun continues after the round. There will be a post-round happy hour on the patio (weather permitting) or in the bar area for some announcements, prizes, and an award presentation. Included in the registration fee is a dinner in the banquet room overlooking the course and patio where the band ‘Stella in the Can’ will be performing. During dinner we’ll give out the 1st thru 3rd Place prizes and announce the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin winners. I hope you’ll consider joining us for fellowship, fun, GREAT prizes and, more importantly, the chance to be the first team to have their names engraved on the trophy. SCHEDULE: 1:00pm - Registration and Practice Range, Putting Contest 2:00pm - Shotgun Start 6:00pm - Happy Hour, Be sure to stick around for drinks on the patio to visit with the other golfers, an enjoy some cold beverages. PRIZES: Longest Drive (men and women) Closet to the Pin (men and women) Best Foursome Cup Trophy BEST BALL/SHOTGUN START: Players will participate in teams of four. Individual players will be placed on a team. Dress Code: No metal spikes. Players must wear proper golf attire such as collared shirts and long pants. Shorts are allowed if they are at least Bermuda length. Jeans are not allowed. Scramble format. Shotgun start at 2pm. Dinner provided at the conclusion of the event. Putting competition is before we tee off - so get there early! REFUND POLICY: The outing will be played rain or shine. If Golf Club of Dublin does shut down the course, you will be given a voucher to play a round. You can request a refund up until 7/22/2022 for the cost of the ticket but the associated transaction fees are not refundable.
