Need help to mount art, carry stuff, paint frames, run errands ASAP!

Hi- We need someone to come help for a whole day ASAP today and to work a long day- we are doing a TON of stuff around the house and we need one or two people to help all day. This could definitely lead to more work in the future- we often need general help/labor around the house. Please tell me a little about yourself, what your experience is, if you are able to put up shelves and hang art correctly, carry things, run errands, have a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Hopefully NOW until as late as you can. Please also tell me what time you can be here (we are up now and working) and are in Silver Spring 20910. We are two women (a couple) so please diversity friendly only. :) If you don't tell me anything about you/your ability and experience I will not respond. Thank you so much!
