Join Lindsay as she places five small needles in specific sites on each ear. After placement you will sit, relax, and meditate for 30-45min Come try Acudetox! The NADA protocol or Acudetox is a tool used to help with overall holistic wellness! Acudetox involves the placement of five small, sterilized, disposable stainless steel needles in 5 specific sites on each ear. Acudetox may help to produce relaxation, stress reduction, craving reduction, anxiety, insomnia, agitation, and an increase in sense of purpose & wellbeing! Ideally, group participants will sit, relax, and meditate for 30-45 minutes. Acudetox opens up possibilities on the body, mind, and spirit. It helps facilitate relationship with self & others. This group is designed for the wellbeing of individuals as well as a safe space for the community to come together for their health & wellbeing!
