LEGO® Kids Stop Motion Camp for Beginners! Are you ready to learn how to bring your LEGO® play to life? Sign up for our Stop Motion Animation Camp to learn all the best techniques and tricks to make your very own movie magic! Our Minecraft themed Stop Motion Beginners Course is part of a 5 day in-person Camp that will be held June 13th - 17th from 2- 4 p.m. at our South Jordan Bricks & Minifigs location. If you are wondering if this camp is for you check out the benefits listed below! Perfect for ages 8+, especially for those who have little to no experience doing Stop Motion. Participants are part of a class and therefore are learning and interacting with other students. All Stop Motion Animation Camps include a “Starter Kit”, which has: A Stop Motion Animation Learning Guide, medium baseplate, camera stand plus clicker, small tub of Bulk, and sticky tack! Students will get to select and keep their very own LEGO® movie star by choosing to build their own Fig at our Minifig Maker Table or selecting a Case Fig within the Minecraft theme up to a $6 value. Students will learn hands-on stop motion techniques for telling stories and bringing their LEGO® play to life! Each day has a new lesson and plenty of time to practice, practice, practice with help from an experienced instructor! The camp will end with a Film Festival that will allow all participants to show off what they have learned with family & friends! Masks are required for COVID-19 unvaccinated students and encouraged for COVID-19 vaccinated students.
