We are happy to announce our first ever F45 TRACK EVENT Join us for a fun, heart pumping, motivating workout these next 3 Saturdays in May. RGV! We are taking your 45 min indoor studio experience outside! F45 Trenton in McAllen Tx is hosting a FREE outdoor fitness session that's open to all levels of fitness. Everyone is invited to meet the community and get a feel of our classes before our soft opening date of June 4th, 2022. Don't forget to bring a towel, proper training shoes, and a friend!
