A special gathering to honor and celebrate the BIPOC community of mental health providers. Wellness in Action, at the Center for Empowering Refugees and Immigrants, invites you to an intimate in-person gathering at Strawberry Creek Park located at 1250 Addison Street, Berkeley, CA 94702. Join us for a healing Orixá dance movement, expressive arts activities, and connections to self and others. After waves of pandemic, many changes in the outside world and in our own world, here we are, doing our work by serving those who need us. Our intention with Reground is to gather, celebrate and honor the resilience and resistance of the BIPOC community of mental health providers. May our work pave the way for future generations. Art supplies and food will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, and blanket, towel, and/or yoga mat to lay down.
