Flower Hour happens during Brink of Summer ArtsWalk June 2nd from 5-8pm and is sponsored by The Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County. Explore DWNTWN during Flower Hour and collect flowers from 10 different downtown locations while creating a beautiful, custom bouquet. Begin your adventure at the corner of Walnut and Charles St and receive your punch card with Flower Hour locations locations. Money raised through this event will support DWNTWN event programming. This event is presented by Normandy Flower Shop, Foister's Flowers & Gifts, Dandelions Flowers & Gifts, and Millers Flowers.
