Chef Pablo Aguilar will create a special menu to highlight fine wines from Chacewater Each summer, the Blue Wing features a series of special ticketed dinners in the garden between the Tallman Hotel and the Restaurant. Tonight’s dinner features the fine wines and olive oils from the Chacewater winery and olive mill in Kelseyville.
