TAMPA, FL — Police have launched a death investigation after a Port Saint Lucie woman fell from the fifth floor of a Ramada Inn Saturday. Tampa police said 33-year-old Felicia Pierre-Louis fell to her death at 8:37 p.m. at the Ramada Inn at 1200 N. Westshore Blvd.
