Description
Band that is in the process of forming needs an experienced drummer. So far, we are guitarist and bassist/vocalist with lead vocalist and sax or keys waiting in the wings. We had a drummer but he had to back out due to upcoming commitments. The drummer we seek is groove/pocket oriented with a knowledge and appreciation for the material in the genres of soul, r&b, motown. We'll also be doing a fair share of pop/rock as well. Cymbal splashy, fill happy types need not inquire. The goal is to have a tight, groov'in cover band doing very danceable material. Vocals a plus, but not required. We seek to gig 2-4 times a month. Play in another band? That's cool, but we'll have to iron out some agreements and understanding. Respond to CL reply link for more info/questions.
