On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, the Town's contractor, A. F. Amorello & Sons Inc., will be installing a new fire hydrant at the end of Purinton Street near Route 20. To allow this work to be completed safely, all homes on Hayden Lane and houses 48 to 67 Purinton Street will not have water from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on May, 3rd.
Please follow the link below for a map of the area where water service will be interrupted.
Residents in the vicinity of the project may also experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the project is complete, please run the cold water in a downstairs bathtub until it clears.
