What you will do on a typical day: Answer internal emails relating to sales orders Data Entry of customer purchase orders into our computer system Monitor orders from entry to the time they are shipped from Sefar to our customers Help provide world class customer service and data entry to our growing base of customers Work within a team of similarly motivated individuals to ensure our customers’ needs are met What you need to succeed at Sefar: At a minimum, you will need: Solid organizational skills with a detail oriented focus Strong computer and typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment It would be great if you also have: Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 years’ experience in a similar role Reliability, Ownership Mentality, Customer Focus, Honesty and Sustainability.
