Taste 4 wines for $18 Join us any time between 6 pm and 8 pm for this event. About Orlaigh: Orlaigh Wines is a small project focused on crafting low intervention wines from conscientiously-farmed, off the beaten path vineyards throughout the Central Coast of California. Patrick Dorsey and Shiri Nagar are longtime food and wine professionals having each spent the bulk of their respective careers working for some incredible restaurants in Los Angeles, CA. Having met while working at James Beard Award-winners Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne’s Tavern, Patrick then continued on to a position as Wine Director for the Michelin-starred Hatfield’s while Shiri began a long tenure at Nancy Silverton’s Mozza restaurants working pastry. They began Orlaigh with a barrel's-worth of sparkling wine in 2016 and have slowly but surely added some interesting vineyards and varietals to the lineup. Their approach is both thoughtful and gentle out of a desire for purity, with wines aged primarily in neutral barrel (along with a little stainless steel) and seeing light sulfur additions for cleanliness and stability.
