Press release from the Town of North Andover: May 2, 2022 Submit Your Questions Regarding the Royal Crest Project As many residents are aware, Articles 28 and 29 of the Town Meeting Warrant address amending the Town's Zoning Bylaw and Map to make way for the redevelopment of the Royal Crest Estates property on Route 114. Over the last year and a half, there have been several public meetings about the proposed project before the Planning Board, Select Board, and other public bodies. As a way of summarizing all of the information about the proposed redevelopment of Royal Crest for residents, the Town Manager, other Town Staff, and the Chairs of the Select Board and Planning Board will provide a presentation that will be broadcast by North Andover CAM starting later next week. If you have any questions about the project that you would like the Town Manager to address as part of the presentation, please submit them by Monday, May 9 at noon to: [email protected] We appreciate that many people may want to submit comments, but please note that we are only taking questions ahead of this presentation.
