atv repair and floor jacks that need to be repaired

I have about 5 small floor jacks that I used for small cars and sedans. I barley use them and within a year of use they are leaking, they barely jack up my cars. I think the seals are bad bc I barely use them. I was hoping someone out there can repair them for me. Replace seal, fill with fluid, adjust as needed. I hate to waste these floor jacks. I know their not worth much but I’d like to get some use out of them. Not in a rush, just wanna get them fixed before I need them. I also have a Chinese brand atv I need repaired. Looks like the rear axel wasn’t fixed in place and slid out, it used to work but once the axel slid out last summer, I parked it in shed. Now I can’t start it. Not looking to spend a lot just wanna get it running to drive kids around the yard safely.
