E kuʻi kalo kākou! . Join us for a keiki and makua kuʻi kalo day. This event is open to ʻohana with young keiki and homeschooled ʻohana. Learn to prepare and kuʻi kalo in order to make paʻi ʻai. This keiki and makua event will enrich cultural knowledge and practice while enhancing fine and gross motor development. ʻOhana will be able to purchase cooked kalo for $5 a pound and take home the paʻi ʻai that they have prepared (2 pound kalo limit per ʻohana). Kalo can be purchased on day of event.
