NORWALK, CT — An area resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, New Canaan resident Jack Fonss won $50,000 playing a "$50,000 Win It All" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Merritt Smoke Shop in Norwalk.
