Full Time or Part Time No Experience Necessary For over a decade, Greenhearts Family Farm in Half Moon Bay has grown, packed and delivered organic produce and groceries to families all across the Bay Area. We are hiring team members to help feed our community! Want to work in the fresh air on a coastside farm? Ready to make a difference in people's lives? No experience necessary - all types of folks, any age, any gender, do great. If you're fit, smart, a good communicator and have a clean driving record, you'll do well. We have an incredible team. Here's the schedule: Monday 9am to 5pm: help on the farm and prepare for the week ahead. You'll learn to plant, weed, water and harvest. So long as you are fit and active, you'll do great. We have folks from 18 years old to 65 who work side by side; you can do it. Tuesday 9am to 5pm: another day of fresh air and sunshine doing what it takes on an organic farm. No experience? No worries. Show up, try hard and you'll be fine. Wednesday 3pm to 9:30pm: Switch gears and help pack our veggie boxes starting in the afternoon. Fast paced, exciting and a real blast. Thursday 9am to 5pm: Delivery day! You'll train with an experienced driver and start delivering boxes to neighborhoods all over the Bay Area. You'll start by helping and gradually learn to drive a route. Experienced delivery drivers will love our optimized, efficient routes and great vans. First time delivering? Don't worry, if you are a good driver, we'll teach you everything you need to know before you start driving one of our vehicles. You'll get plenty of support and training. Friday 9am to 5pm: You're an old farmhand by now, so get out there and deliver boxes like a pro! You grew it, now you're bringing it to happy families. Go, go, go! This is a fast paced job that requires standing, bending and lifting, but folks of all types do great. We only hire great people with high standards.
