The position works as a member, that helps with staging and the installation process, directs activities of the crew, ensures 100% compliance with all HR and safety process, and assures that all installations are done in accordance with Nature Builder guidelines. The Driver/Labor is responsible to help assure the proper, efficient, and timely completion of projects as a team, and should be able to operate a variety of equipment and develop a working knowledge of landscaping & horticultural practices. The Labor Driver must be able to maintain safety standards, enhance customer satisfaction as a team. Help overseeing the truck assets and planting projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Safely and efficiently driving a truck (non CDL) with inventory, equipment, tools and a crew. MOST BE VACCINATED . • Overseeing and participating in customer deliveries-and-plant installation operations. • Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a safe, clean, friendly visit to customers, while maintaining solid product knowledge and an outstanding customer experience.. • Ensuring that crews are professional, ethical, safe and effective at all times.
