Description

Press release from Belmont Public Schools: May 2, 2022 Through the Visual Arts, students process, synthesize, and respond to the world in their own creative way. Students in the Belmont Public Schools Visual Art Program experience a comprehensive K-12 curriculum. Visual Art educators in Belmont work together to create a curriculum that fosters the continual growth of their skills and big ideas. This exhibit will feature a small selection of art pieces that showcase the work of Belmont public school students in grades K-12. Although not all students will have work in the show, the show is a reflection of the curriculum that all students in the Belmont Visual Arts Program have and will experience. Please join us in celebrating the students and their artwork. Please find the Art Show invitation below (designed by Media Arts students at the high school). This poster also features work by first graders Susannah and Mitch (1J). Everyone is welcome to come to the reception. I will be there for the earlier part of the show reception, and I hope to see you! If not, the show will be up all of this week. This press release was produced by Belmont Public Schools.
