The Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for a public hearing to be held at the Smithtown Town Hall, on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM to consider a Zone Change Petition #2022-03 as submitted by Fieldstone at Commack II, LLC (Residential, Multi-family Garden Apartment . Property located on the south side of Jericho Tpke., 838.12' W/o  Wyandanch Blvd. Commack. Fieldstone received a Suffolk County Industrial Development property tax abatement for the over 55 apartment project they completed 3 years ago on Jericho Tpke. This tax year they  save $708,282   in local taxes because of this 271,500 exemption. COMMACK SCH DIST    $0.00 SUFFOLK CTY GEN $0.00 COUNTY POLICE 0.00
