Press release from the Baltimore County Police Department: May 03, 2022 On May 2, at approximately 10:15 p.m., a 2008 Acura TL was making a left turn onto Baltimore National Pike, continuing westbound, at which point a 2021 Honda motorcycle collided with the Acura. The Honda motorcycle was traveling eastbound Baltimore National Pike, the operator Joseph Blackwell (22) was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The Baltimore County Police Crash Team continues working to determine all of the factors that contributed to this crash. This press release was produced by the Baltimore County Police Department.
