Rehoming Intact Male Siamese Cat

I have a 1 year old intact Male seal point Siamese cat I need to rehome. He is due for vaccines but I can get him caught up prior to adoption. He is a proven breeder. He isn't registered. His rehoming fee is as follows: If I neuter and catch up his shots - $275 If I catch up his shots - $225 As is - $175 I just had him vet checked prior to his breeding which was the end of March. I LOVE this cat and will be very selective who he goes to. I would love a kitten from a litter he fathers and would be willing to knock off $50 for return of one of his offspring. I am only rehoming him because he is a very vocal and horny cat and I don't think having him neutered is going to correct this behavior. I'm afraid he is going to hurt my poor petite little Persian so I am having to keep them separated and it has become quite a chore.
