WHITE MARSH, MD — One person died and three others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Ebenezer Road Tuesday night, police said.
Bernadette Beres Stundick, 81, was driving a 2000 Ford E-150 van when she did not stop for a red light at the Philadelphia Road intersection around 5:45 p.m., police said.
Stundick, who had been headed north on Ebenezer Road, hit a stopped 2011 Ford F-150, according to police.
The crash set off a domino effect, with three more vehicles hit; all had stopped for the red light.
Police said the once the truck was hit, it crashed into a 2017 Polaris Slingshot (three-wheeled motorcycle), which rammed a 2018 Jeep Compass.
Three people were hospitalized with injuries that police said were minor. Stundick was taken to an area hospital, where officials reported she was pronounced deceased. Stundick lived on Lynn Drive in Kingsville, records show.
Part of Ebenezer Road was closed during the investigation.
The Baltimore County Police Department's crash investigators said Wednesday that they are still looking into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
