Equipment Operator/Landscape Yard Worker

Local landscape supply and garden center hiring for an equipment operator position. Equipment experience/certifications are preferred, but are not required to apply. We are willing to train/certify. Applicants with forklift or equipment certification will be given first priority. This position is for FULL-TIME employment, 40 or more hours per week. Responsibilities for the position include: - Load customer vehicles with front end loader - Unload/load palletized products with forklift - Clean and wash equipment and trucks - Maintain a clean and well-organized yard - Follow equipment maintenance guidelines - Use small power tools and hand tools - Follow safety rules - Restock and manage inventory - Help customers and staff as needed We require: - Some weekend availability - Must be able to lift 65 lbs safely - Must be a team player and dependable - Reliable transportation and driver's license We offer the following: 1.
