Daniel Daou was one of the first to bring Cabernet clones to Paso Robles that deliver the highest possible quality-clones from the iconic regions of the world such as Bordeaux and Napa. Daniel’s winemaking vision had one very singular focus-creating the highest possible quality Cabernet and Bordeaux wines. Here is an opportunity to learn more about the wines from this prolific vineyard: DAOU Wines. We are pleased to welcome Zach Althaus, who brings a wealth of knowledge about Daou Wines. Meet us at Barrel Blends Affton on May 17th from 6 PM - 7 PM to take a trip to Doau Vineyards and Daniel Daou's vision of a beautiful wine. Zach tell you more about the wines, the story behind them, the region they come from and how it makes the difference in palate, and you will get to taste them all. To keep the class very personal and hands on, we have limited the seats to only 16 people. Each person will get to taste 3+ wines and receive a small gift from the winemaker.
