EDGEWOOD, MD — A road was closed in Harford County Wednesday night, according to authorities. Swallow Crest Drive was shut down between Woodbridge Center Way and Brookside Drive for a police investigation, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported after 8 p.m. Officials said the road had reopened by 10 p.m.
