MARYLAND — Looking for some springtime fun? Residents can treat mom to brunch and a Mother's Day cruise in Annapolis or visit an antique boat show in southern Maryland this weekend. Next weekend, Marylanders can meet farm animals at a barnyard-themed festival. Residents can also explore a history museum, browse a railway museum or contribute to a Chesapeake Bay museum. Patch recently partnered with several local organizations to bring you their latest news. This guest contribution comes from National Park Service Chesapeake Gateways and Chesapeake Conservancy. Here's what Jody Hedeman Couser submitted to help you explore the Chesapeake Bay: "Mothers Day Brunch and Skipjack Cruise Treat mom to a cruise on the Annapolis Maritime Museum's Wilma Lee.
