Description

Primary duty is to perform maintenance tasks at managed properties as well as the home office, as assigned by the supervisor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs. • Keeps records of time spent/work orders completed • Other general duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Valid Massachusetts Driver’s license • General knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used maintenance field. • Physical strength and ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor • Flexibility to be on-call as needed • Ability to interact professionally with tenants/unit owners • Ability to work independently after given an assignment and to make sound judgement calls when required • High School Diploma/GED preferred
