Volunteer/Intern to paid Assistant store manager

We are looking for a person to come in to volunteer a couple hours a day for at least 5 days a week in between 2-7pm The goal is to have a full time paid store manager. This is a formal ware and Quinceanera store in hayward. It is a family owned business. We are looking for someone with plenty of customer service experience, bilingual, can read & write in Spanish and English, has sales experience, knows the value of treating customers with respect and professionalism. Some responsibilities -Sales -Answer phone - Make appointments for customers to pick up their ordered gowns - Gather the sales of the day and prepare it for the accountant - Problem solving to make the flow of the store functional and progressive
