Value Stream MappingJoin us as Bob Imbruglio will discuss the techniques used to create Value Stream Maps, some pitfalls to watch out for along the way and of course, successes that you can achieve.
Bob will be using actual charts that have been created over time to demonstrate some of the issues you may run into and will even do a simple VSM with the group to demonstrate the process. Join us at Twelve Acres for a night of networking with peers and learn more about this valuable Lean Manufacturing tool.
Bob has been an esteemed member of the RIASQ Section 0107 for many years. After finishing a successful career as a Quality Assurance and Lean Manager, Bob continued his passion with his own company specializing in Lean and Six Sigma methods. His areas of expertise also include Design for Manufacturing, Value Stream Analysis, Hoshin Kanri Planning, Design for Six Sigma and Cost Reduction methodologies just to name a few. Bob is an excellent instructor, leader, and coach who delivers results. He has a BS degree in Industrial Technology, holds certificates in Lean Manufacturing, and is a certified Master Black Belt.
