Description

Join us for our weekly Meditation & Movement. We will practice mindfulness through dance, to release, relax and renew. Weekly classes will include a positive intention allowing participants to feel more grounded and connected to thier body. This is a silent dance space, meaning just like tradtional meditaiton the goal is to practise self reflection while engaing somaticly though the body. Each class will incorpincorporate a serioes of music and meditaion to alinge with the weekly intentions.
