SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — San Diego Gas and Electric reported that roughly 763 residents were without power late Tuesday morning. The outage was reported in the cities of San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel and Dana Point at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday morning and was expected to last until 5:30 p.m., according to a SDGE spokesperson.
