Independent
sales associate to acquire and retain new freight clientele and generate
freight revenue.
Duties
and responsibilities
Research, identify
and acquire new freight clientele and sales opportunities.
Establish and
maintain relationships with clients and businesses with a potential need for
freight services.
Work
independently to meet freight sales goals and increase business revenue.
Report to
manager with sales plan, goals and status updates on a regular basis.
Provide income
driven results.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
Valid drivers
license
Minimum of 2
years sales experience
Excel in sales,
communication and organization.
Ability to
provide income driven results.
Reliable and
trustworthy.
Independent,
self-starter with a drive to build sales in our freight department.
Working
conditions
Job will include
independent initiative researching potential freight opportunities. Meeting
face to face with potential clients and providing information on our freight
services. Actively engaging with clients to secure freight sales and revenue.
Securing freight jobs and continuing to maintain relationships with clients.
