Mindfulness 7-11 parent/child class (parents welcome to stay)
We will learn different breathing techniques to manage different feelings. We will use yoga-based movements to learn how to listen to our bodies. We will discuss and reflect on other tools we can add to our mental health toolkit. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
In this class, we will talk about stress, anxiety, depression and learn some ways we can help shift these feelings in our bodies. We will learn different breathing techniques to manage different feelings.
