Teen Ceramics Camp (June 13-17)

This one week camp offers a fun and relaxed environment for teens to learn the basics of ceramics, including the pottery wheel! This one-week camp include demos, group exercises, and one-on-one guidance. Students will make a variety of creative projects using sculpture, hand-building, and wheel-throwing techniques. Participants will learn unique ways to decorate their pottery and are given creative freedom to develop their own personal aesthetic! Ages 12 to 18. Class is limited to 9 students. Class meets every day from June 13-17th. Sessions run from 12-3 pm. We start promptly at 12 pm so please do your best to be on time! All material and firings are covered in the price of the camp. Additional clay is available for purchase if needed. Please DO NOT come to class if you are feeling ill, have any COVID symptoms, have recently tested positive for COVID, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive.
