Join the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance for an in person conversation with regional leaders & coaches.
As the dust begins to settle in our (hopefully) post pandemic world, women have made important gains and simultaneously experienced significant setbacks over the past two years.
Where we’ve made strides in increased senior leadership roles and increased representation for women of color, we’re significantly more burned-out than our male counterparts, leaning into our roles both inside and outside of work with more rigor than ever before.
This level of low-grade stress, paired with a still fluid future of work poses a significant risk to women and the organizations that depend on their leadership.
Join the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance for this in person conversation with regional leaders & coaches where we’ll tackle what we need to thrive and how to set a course to achieve it.
