Get back in the pool, and swim with RSTA this summer! Reston Swim Team Association is a developmental swim league for ages 6-18, and registration is currently open. Swimmers are welcome from both Reston and neighboring towns! Join us this summer to have some fun, see old friends, make some new friends, and get some exercise! Not quite ready? RSTA offers a New Wave program to develop swimmers who are not quite ready for swim team but are interested in joining an RSTA team. RSTA coaches work with swimmers to improve their technique and build their endurance to prepare them to join an RSTA team during the latter part of the summer season. The program is targeted for 6-12 year old swimmers. When: Practices start May 31, 2022. While swimmers are encouraged to attend all practices and meets, daily attendance is not required. See the full summer schedule here. Where: All practices and meets are held at Reston Association pools in South and North Reston. See a full list of RSTA teams here. Why: Summer swim team is fun for the whole family! It's a great way to meet other families, try a new activity, and enjoy the summer! Meets have weekly themes, coaches are wonderful mentors, and there's a supportive team atmosphere. Cost: $200 per swimmer for Reston Association members, up to 3 eligible swimmers per family. There is no swimmer fee for the 4th (or additional) swimmer in each family! Additional $80 per swimmer (or a maximum of $160 per family) for non-RA families. Registration: Register here!
