FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The Fredericksburg Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing 14-year-old girl. Haley Flippo was last seen in the 1900 block of Princess Anne Street around 2 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. When she was last seen, Flippo was wearing a white shirt, a black jacket with the word PINK on it, and blue jeans. Photo courtesy of the Fredericksburg Police Department.
