There's something about being outside that just makes yoga & movement different. Fresh air, the breeze, the feeling of grass beneath your feet.
This yoga is for all levels and is focused on checking in with your body, being present and stretching. There will be some breathing, meditation, slow-flow movement and stretches.
This is about making space for yourself by stepping away from all your "to do's" for an hour or two and allowing yourself time to connect with yourself and with other women through meaningful conversations.
Yoga will be from 10-11 so please be there before then. Mimosas, light food and conversation 11-12.
Bring your mat and an open heart.
