Able to work outside and /or operate skid steer and bobcat Able to move and / or lift heavy objects Able to do physical labor for a few hours at a time Able to work in extreme weather conditions, although indoors we do not have heating nor air conditioning Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions, heat of summer and cold of winter Farm team requirements: Able to implement verbal instructions/directions given to you by supervisor Able to respect co-workers and supervisors Farm daily personal hygiene requirements: Keep hair tied back, or use a hair net or hat Wear clean clothes daily Keep nails trimmed and wear gloves provided Purses, coats, bags kept in breakroom - not allowed in harvest area Farm personal and equipment safety: Do not come to work ill - remember you are working with food Report and do not use any equipment that is damaged or faulty
