Description

Start your weekend with a fitness class featuring the local instructors from RUKUS. Join us each Saturday morning at Boxi Park along with local fitness instructors from the Lake Nona area to engage in variety of diverse fitness classes. Each week will feature a different style of training. May 21st is RUKUS. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to ensure you have plenty of time to get your bike set up. The class starts promptly at 10 AM. Classes are only $5 (plus EB fee).
