Alaska building maintenance company, a commercial janitorial provider in Anchorage, Eagle River, Mat-Su Valley is looking for a qualified manager to help with running the company with 25 employees. Janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory, will train the right person. Start pay is $ 20.00 dollars an hour, full time, with the possibility to earn up to $ 28.00 an hour depending on performance. Computer knowledge and customer service skills are a must. We will consider a team player and someone who is willing to learn in the labor-intensive industry. The successful candidates will be required to work some daytime and nighttime shifts up to 40 hours a week including weekends. Manager will need to learn how to run office operations efficiently including hiring people, customer service, answering emails, etc as well as will be required to know/learn how janitorial business runs including general office cleaning, carpet, and floor cleaning, safety procedures, etc. Please call or text for an interview
