Starting an Electro Pop/Experimental/Trip Hop

I would love to start up a project similar to the realm of bands like: Massive Attack, No Man, Everything Everything, Hooverphonic, Lamb, Envy of None, Seal I play guitar/compose/synth/production and mixing. It would be awesome to find some people interested in this kind of sound and see if we can evolve it into something more unique. I do have some things already written if it's something you'd like to hear I could send. Please respond with what you play/experience/ etc.
